1. Agreement. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms of service and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Materials on this site are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
2. What this site is. This website provides information about Research & Development Institute (“RDI,” “RDI Trials”) and its IVD clinical-research and laboratory services. Content is for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, a regulatory opinion, or an offer to contract unless we expressly say so in a signed agreement.
3. Commercial contracts control. If you engage RDI for a study, laboratory work, or related services, the master agreement, statement of work, protocol, quality agreement, or other signed contract between you and RDI governs that engagement. Those documents control over these website terms in the event of a conflict.
4. Permitted use. You may view, download, and print materials from this site for your internal business evaluation of RDI and its services, provided you do not remove proprietary notices. You may not, without our prior written consent:
   • Republish site materials as your own
   • Scrape, bulk-download, or use automated means to extract content beyond ordinary browsing
   • Reverse engineer any software or systems made available through the site (including Diagnostica™ demonstrations or related tools)
   • Mirror or frame substantial portions of the site on another server
   • Use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive
5. Intellectual property. RDI, RDI Trials, Diagnostica™, and related names, logos, and content are owned by Research & Development Institute or its licensors. No license is granted except the limited permission in these terms.
6. Submissions. If you send us inquiries, forms, or other materials through the site, you grant RDI permission to use that information to respond and to operate our business, as described in our Privacy policy. Do not submit confidential information through public website forms unless you are comfortable with that use, or until an NDA is in place.
7. Text messages (if you opt in). If you separately subscribe to SMS/MMS from RDI, you consent to receive the messages described at opt-in (for example appointment or study-related notices). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 8. Disclaimer. The materials on this website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Research & Development Institute and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or liability under a signed commercial contract with RDI.
10. Accuracy. We may update site content at any time. We do not guarantee that materials are complete, current, or error-free.
11. Links. Third-party sites and embeds are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.
12. Modifications. We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for disputes arising from these website terms.
